Biography:
Olle Folke teaches economics and environmental policy. His primary research field is applied political economics, while his secondary field is environmental economics.
In his main research project he has developed methods for estimating how the allocation of political power affects policy in proportional election systems. He has also done work on U.S. state politics and bargaining power in government formation.
Folke holds an MA in economics from the Swedish University of Agriculture and Life Sciences, and a PhD from Stockholm University.
