Biography:
Daniel P. Ahn's research and teaching interests include in international economics, behavioral finance, and the economics of national security, particularly energy security.

Ahn has held research and teaching positions at Harvard University Department of Economics, the John F. Kennedy School of Government, and the National Bureau of Economic Research. He also is an adjunct research fellow with the Council on Foreign Relations.

Aun's research has been cited in Congressional testimony and by the Vice President's Office. He has also appeared in numerous media outlets and periodicals and also advised and consulted for governments and private institutions.

Ahn is a senior economist and strategist at Citigroup in New York City. He previously worked at Lehman Brothers and Barclays Capital, and was most recently Director of Economic Research at Citadel Investment Group.

Aun received his AB in economics and finance from Princeton University, and his PhD in economics from Harvard University.
