Summer Internship

A summer internship affords students an opportunity to reflect on newly acquired core skills in a practical setting. Accordingly, we require most students in the MPA program to complete one internship for three credits (students with extensive work experience, students on leave from employment, and foreign students returning to government employers are exempted from this requirement). SIPA's Office of Career Services assists students in finding summer internships.
