Executive International Program

The International Executives Program is designed for working professionals from the public, private and non-profit sectors from outside the United States who wish to complete an MPA at Columbia University in New York City. Successful applicants will be part of the regular student body and take the same courses as US-based students but the International Executives will take a full-time course load of 4 courses per semester, making them eligible for F-1 visa. With a full-time—4 course—course load, International Executives will complete the MPA degree in four consecutive semesters—fall, spring, summer, and fall, enabling them to graduate in 16 months. Partial fellowships are available based on merit and need—those who apply early will be considered for fellowships first until the funds are fully allocated. The deadline for admission for individuals who will need to apply for a student visa to attend is June 1st.
