Management and Institutional Analysis
This concentration prepares students to be leaders in international, national, state, or local public and nonprofit institutions by developing their skills in leadership, economics, financial management, strategic planning, program development, decision models, operations research, management information systems and marketing, among others. The concentration requirements are fulfilled by taking advanced courses in topics such as public management, total quality management, human resource management, nonprofit management accounting, and finance.
