IEP Graduation Requirements

In addition to several other forms, IEP concentrators must submit a signed IEP concentration Audit form.

It's a 3-step process:

1. Complete the IEP Concentration Audit form (PDF)

2. Meet with Professor Janow (mj60@columbia.edu), the IEP Program Director, to determine if you've met your concentration requirements and to have your audit form signed. If you have any doubts on meeting requirements, please organize a meeting in your penultimate semester at SIPA. Otherwise please meet at the beginning of your final semester.

3. Return the signed Audit form to the Student Affairs Office (6th floor, IAB) by the appropriate deadline.

Deadlines for 2005-06:

• August 1 for October graduation
• November 1 for February graduation
• February 1 for May graduation
