International Trade Track

The following is a suggested program of study for students who elect the international trade track. This is not the only, nor necessarily the best, program to follow, but rather it represents an effective, proven study plan. Students are strongly encouraged to consider developing a regional focus to complement the analytical skills provided by the concentration.

First Year

First Semester

  • International Economic Analysis (U4600)
  • Statistics
  • Theory of International Political Economy

Second Semester

  • International Economic Analysis (U4601)
  • International Trade
  • Statistics
  • Internship

Second Year

First Semester

  • International Finance and Monetary Theory
  • Accounting and Finance for International Affairs or other IPAM course

Track Elective

  • Second Semester
  • Two track electives
