Areas of Responsibility:
Noel Vargas is responsible for planning and implementing the security protocol for SIPA’s network, planning and implementing SIPA’s network infrastructure and desktop environment, and overseeing all aspects of SIPA’s audio visual services operation. He supervises the Network Manager, AV team and the student labs.
