About This Project:

Below are a series of research guides for a number of Middle East countries, several functional topics (energy, terrorism, etc.), plus some suggestions for general research and browsing on the region. These guides were created by SIPA students and provide a useful introduction to the types of materials available on the internet. They make a convenient starting point for any research project, paper, or simply curiosity about the Middle East.
